Remember as a kid begging a family member to take you to a fast food restaurant? The most exciting thing was opening that Kid's Meal and finding the toy inside. No matter how cheap the toy was, we wanted it and we loved it. That feeling has stuck with all of us over the years and still gives us a nostalgic feeling just thinking about it. Our Arcade cabinets give us that same exact feeling. At first glance it's just a colorful box with images of our favorite characters inviting us in to play. Once turned on, that nostalgic feeling comes back when we see all our favorite games pop up on the screen for us to play. THAT is the meaning behind our name. It's nostalgia in a box. "The Comeback Kid" logo was designed to bring a mascot that fit our name and brand. He is all of us searching for that nostalgic feeling. His design is loosely based around McDonald's Hamburgler, The Burger King Kids Club Gang, and Sparky from Metallica.

Yes and no. All of our MA1U cabinets are built 1 of 1 which means we only build it once. We will not recreate the same cabinet twice or sell the graphics used on it. Most of the cabinets shown have been sold. Our other sized cabinets are for sale with the graphics shown unless stated otherwise. We clearly state which cabinets are for sale and which ones were sold. If you are interested in purchasing a cabinet, please look at our product section or feel free to contact us for more information.

We offer custom designed graphics for all our cabinets. We also have a massive library of licensed artwork that you can choose from after purchase. Our MA1U cabinets come as shown OR we can create a custom one for you at an additional cost. This includes custom control layouts, graphics, internals, game options, and much more. *This option is only available for collaboration projects and companies. Our other cabinets do have custom options available at an additional cost. Please see the product page of the cabinet you are interested in for more information. No, we do not fix or refurbish used arcade cabinets. On rare ocasions, we might offer used arcade or pinball machines for sale via our website or social media accounts.

MA1U cabinets come loaded with the licensed games that match the theme of the cabinet. All versions of the games are individually licensed and physically owned by One Kids Meal Studios. Extra games can be loaded in at additional cost. Virtual Pinball cabinets do not include the tables. All virtual tables are available through our 3rd party supplier. The Nostalgiacade come fully loaded with thousands of your favorite games. Game list available upon request.

All of our MA1U cabinets are designed and built 1 of 1 due to licensing laws. We do not own the rights to resell the games or designs we use on our cabinets in mass quantity. We also own physical copies of all the games we put into our cabinets for individual licensing. If we do not own the game you are interested in, we will go out of our way to find it and purchase it. There are many companies like ours that do not follow these laws and sell multiple versions of the same designs with thousands of games running on their cabinets. We are not like these other companies and we take this very seriously. Building our cabinets 1 of 1 allows us to fall under the same law that allows artist to sell their art work with trademarked characters and designs. We also make sure to buy our Arcade 1Up cabinets at full price to support their company and products. We are NOT a partner of Arcade 1Up and do not advertise on their behalf or vise-versa. We also sell 1 of 1 versions of our other cabinets as well which may include custom features or layouts, graphics, or limited editions of a product. *This information is subject to change without notice.

Due to the amount of time it takes to customize a cabinet, our MA1U cabinets can take anywhere between one month to two months to build and ship. Shipping is dependent on buyers' shipping preference. We offer FEDEX Crate shipping and U-Ship. Our Jamma based arcades take 7 to 10 business days to ship. Customized Windows based products typically take 30-45 days to manufacture and to ship, depending on order levels. If there is an additional lead-time, we will let you know via email or phone call. If the time has passed and you still didn't received a shipping notice... don't worry, we didn't forget you, just a little more behind than anticipated. Shipments usually take 3 to 4 business days via LTL carrier. Additionally, shipments to beyond points (rural locations, islands, etc) can take extra days to reach their destination and do not qualify for flat rate shipping.

YES! If you are interested in financing, please contact us through our contact page or email us at Info@onekidsmealstudios.com with the subject as "Interested in Financing". All financing is done through Paypal. We will send you a Paypal invoice through email where you will be able to apply for financing. If you are approved, they will let you know your payment options.

Unless otherwise stated, all Kids Meal Studios® items (*Except our MA1U cabinets) come with a 12 month warranty. In order for the warranty to become active, the customer MUST open and inspect the arcade before signing for the delivery. In the event that any arcade or kit arrives damaged, the customer must note the damage on the air bill next to the customer's signature. Additionally, in the event of a damaged shipment, the customer must open a claim with the shipper within 1 business day and cooperate with the claim process in a timely manner. All issues with items that have another manufacturer's warranty must be handled by the manufacturer. Kids Meal Studios® will not warranty these items or work with the manufacturer on the customer's behalf. Full warranty terms are included with purchase, or available upon request.

We accept returns in sellable condition in all original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus all shipping costs. All returns must be authorized first by phone or email. Custom-made and special-order items are not returnable. We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise. Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
